Greystone Bowls Club
A cricket match being played on a sunny day in Norwich, showcasing players in action.

Greystone Bowls Club

Good bowls. Good company. All welcome — on the green since 1952.

Come along

Since 1952

A proper club green, and the people who keep it going

We're a community bowls club at the heart of the village, looked after by members who love the game and the company that comes with it. Our six-rink crown green is kept to county standard, but you don't need to be a county player to roll up.

Wednesday and Thursday afternoons are open to all abilities — turn up, borrow a set of woods, and someone will show you the ropes.

What members get

Beyond the bowls, here's what comes with joining Greystone.

Social afternoons

Friendly, all-abilities sessions every Wednesday and Thursday with tea and a natter included.

League bowls

Competitive teams across the county leagues for those who fancy a proper match.

A county-standard green

Six well-tended crown green rinks kept in top condition by our own groundsman.

Junior programme

Coaching and friendly play for younger players keen to take up the game.

Fancy a roll-up?

New bowlers are always welcome — come down on a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon and give it a go.
